Onion Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Besan flour (225 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda powdered
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely crushed cumin seeds
  • 2 big finely sliced onions
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons coriander leaves, chopped
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

 

Instructions for Cooking
 
1. Combine the flour, chili, turmeric, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
 
2. Add the cumin seeds, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Combine all of the ingredients.
 
3. To make a thick batter, add a small amount of water while mixing.
 
4. In a wok or a deep frying pan, heat some oil.
