Mine Bouillie Veg Recette

Hey there Mine Bouillie lovers. As we all know how Mauritian loves mine bouillie and there are times that we are fasting but still craves for a delicious mine bouillie, so Anou Manzer will show you guys a yummy veg mine bouillie that can be prepared easily at home. This is the recipe of a tasty internet-trending spicy garlic Mine Bouillie. So here you go :

  • 1 & a half T dark soy sauce.
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
  • 3/4 T Garlic chilli oil (Optional - if you have it)
  • 1 T sweet chilli sauce (Optional)
  • 1/2 t smoked paprika powder (Optional)
  • 2 T Barbecue sauce (Optional too) 
  • 1/2 t  tamarind paste
  • 1/4 t pepper (Or as per taste)
  • 1/2 t chilli powder
  • 1 & a half T hot neutral oil
  • 1/4 t monosodium glutamate (Ajinamoto)

(For non-veg option, you only have to add 1 & a half T of oyster sauce) 
Chives cut into small pieces.
Add everything together & beat well at the bottom of your bowl.
Boil noodles. Add to it. Mix together. Add anything you like.
P. S  'T' in the recipe stands for Tablespoon & 't' for teaspoon.
You can vary the above ingredients as per taste of course. You can also use boiled Mine Apollo without the spices it comes with.
