GRATIN DE PAPAYE VERTE



Ingredients
  • 2 half-ripe papaya
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Liquid milk
  • Grated cheese
  • Butter
 
Cooking time: 30min | Serves: 4
 

 
Excellent with roast chicken.
 
  • Peel and remove the seeds from the papaya.
  • Then cut it into pieces and boil them in a pan for 20 minutes.
  • Then put the papaya pieces in a bowl and with a fork, crush them.
  • Add salt, pepper, milk and 3 tablespoons of butter.
  • Mix well until you get a homogeneous paste.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Serve with fresh bread.
