Gateau Manioc (Manioc Fritters) Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1Kg Manioc

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp salt Or salt to taste

  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste Or Grated

  • 1/2 Cup / 60 g CornFlour Or More Depending of your mixture

  • Oil for Deep Frying

 

Instructions

  • Wash, Peel and Grate Manioc finely

  • Mix the Manioc with all the ingredients except the oil

  • Shape Manioc into medium sized balls

  • Fry Manioc for around 5 min or until golden brown
