Gateau Manioc (Manioc Fritters) Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
- 1Kg Manioc
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt Or salt to taste
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste Or Grated
- 1/2 Cup / 60 g CornFlour Or More Depending of your mixture
- Oil for Deep Frying
Instructions
- Wash, Peel and Grate Manioc finely
- Mix the Manioc with all the ingredients except the oil
- Shape Manioc into medium sized balls
- Fry Manioc for around 5 min or until golden brown
