Ingredients
 
  • 600 grams of fish balls
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Shallot stems
 
Cooking time: 30 min | Serves: 4
 
 
Serve with crushed chilli.
 
  • Heat the pan and add a little oil.
  • Add the fish balls and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Add 15cl of soy sauce.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped shallot.
