DHOLL ET BRÈDE SONGE

Ingredients
- 1 glass of yellow dholl
- 200 grams of brèdes songe
- 4 love apples
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of garlic and ginger
- Thyme
- 4 tablespoons of masala
- Salt
Instructions:
- Soak the dholls in a bowl of hot water for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut up the apples and onions.
- Wash the brèdes.
- Fry the onions in a pressure cooker with garlic, ginger and thyme.
- Then add the masala and the sweet potatoes.
- Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the dholls and the brèdes and add salt.
- Close the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with white rice.
Serve with salted fish rougaille.
