DHOLL ET BRÈDE SONGE

 
Ingredients
  • 1 glass of yellow dholl
  • 200 grams of brèdes songe
  • 4 love apples
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic and ginger
  • Thyme
  • 4 tablespoons of masala
  • Salt
Cooking time: 50 min | Serves: 4
 
Serve with salted fish rougaille.
 
  1. Soak the dholls in a bowl of hot water for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut up the apples and onions.
  3. Wash the brèdes.
  4. Fry the onions in a pressure cooker with garlic, ginger and thyme.
  5. Then add the massala and the sweet potatoes.
  6. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the dholls and the brèdes and add salt.
  8. Close the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Serve with white rice.
