Chili Pickle Recipe


Ingredients
  • 15 fresh peppers (medium)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Saffron powder
  • Mustard seed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
 
Cooking time: 15 min | Serves: 6
 
Serve as an accompaniment to your different dishes.
 
  1. Wash and coarsely or finely chop the chilies.
  2. Chop the onion and grate the garlic.
  3. Fry the chillies in a pan, add the onions and garlic.
  4. Then add 2 tablespoons of saffron and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Mix, add salt and pepper.
  7. Let cool before serving.
  8. Serve with white rice, lentils and chicken stew.
