Chili Chutney Recipe

 
Ingredients
  • 100 grams of fresh chillies
  • 3 garlics
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • olive oil
 
Cooking time: 25 min | Serves: 8
 
Serve with your dishes.
  1. Wash the chili and put them in a blender.
  2. Peel the garlic and chop it coarsely before adding it to the chilies.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Blend for 2-5 minutes until you have a smooth paste.
  5. Put in a bowl and add salt.
  6. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
