Chili Chutney Recipe
- 100 grams of fresh chillies
- 3 garlics
- 1 onion
- olive oil
Cooking time: 25 min | Serves: 8
Serve with your dishes.
- Wash the chili and put them in a blender.
- Peel the garlic and chop it coarsely before adding it to the chilies.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Blend for 2-5 minutes until you have a smooth paste.
- Put in a bowl and add salt.
- Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
