Easy and Yummy Chilli Pickle Recipe

  • 15 fresh chilli (medium)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Saffron powder
  • Mustard seed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil


  1. Wash and coarsely or finely chop the chilies.
  2. Chop the onion and grate the garlic.
  3. Fry the chilies in a pan, and add the onions and garlic.
  4. Then add 2 tablespoons of saffron and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Mix, and add salt and pepper.
  7. Let cool before serving.
  8. Serve with white rice, lentils, and chicken stew.

Serve as an accompaniment to your different dishes.
