Samosa Chaat is very popular street food in India. This simple samosa chaat recipe yields a hefty dish of excellent Indian chaat with fresh samosa, chickpeas, curry spices, and tasty chutneys. And it only takes 5-10 minutes to prepare!

Ingredients for Samosa Chaat:
- 1 store-bought or homemade samosa
- 1⁄2 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- 1 tablespoon of coriander mint chutney
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions:
- On a platter, crush one samosa. 12 cup chickpeas, coriander mint chutney, and tamarind chutney on top.
- Add the onion, green chili, sev, chaat masala, cumin, red chili powder, salt, pepper, yogurt (if using), and fresh parsley. Using a fork, combine the ingredients. Serve right away. ENJOY!
